Undergraduate Students
Students wishing to carry out summer research in the group should contact me directly (j.doulcet@lancaster.ac.uk) to discuss potential projects. Several positions should be available every year, available to both UK and EU students.
Below are a list of sources for summer projects, and feel free to come see me to discuss applying for them.
- EPSRC Vacation Internship Bursary
- Wellcome Trust Biomedical Vacation Scholarship Scheme
- RSC Undergraduate Research Bursary
- Erasmus Programme Scholarships
- RSC international student research bursary
RSC and EPSRC funded summer internships are generally available for Lancaster university students with deadlines for applications in spring time.
Students wishing to do their BSc. and MChem. research projects in the Doulcet group should contact me (j.doulcet@lancaster.ac.uk) as early as possible. Projects will be in synthetic organic chemistry and catalysis, and would be happy to suit your interests to a potential project.
